A metallized hose exits from the bottom of the pump into the expansion tank, making it impossible to drain all the water for winter. Since the country house isn't heated from weekend to weekend, unscrewing and draining the water from the expansion tank each time is quite a hassle. Had to improvise by installing a tee with a valve at the entry to the expansion tank - now everything's fine. Didn't anticipate a complete water drain for our winter... Everything is usual.
