I bought this for my girlfriend's emergency kit, so it just stays there ready for different situations, but she ended up using it for picnics!) It's a bit heavy. The metal body is reliable, but the plastic grips seem unnecessary. There are no wobbles, but the build quality isn't up to Victorinox standards. It has 8 functions, but only 2 are used (knife and corkscrew). The blade steel doesn't hold an edge for long, but it's easy to sharpen, so the knife needs regular maintenance. The size is comfortable for opening bottles, and the blade is long enough to comfortably cut fruits, cheese, and sausages. It's not suitable for piercing tomatoes. Haven't had to use the saw, but it comes factory sharpened and could definitely cut a few branches. It's a cheap Chinese Swiss army knife. Considering the experience, it might be worthwhile to consider something less bulky and complicated for a girl. + metal case + Swiss + does not rust - not high blade hardness (steel 420) - some tools are very hard to open, it's nearly impossible to get the screwdriver out with your fingers  Denis Dionis: use Grand Way 60021 more than year |
