Electric kettle by the German brand Graef from the premium segment of kitchen appliances, designed in an understated high-tech style with a body made entirely of stainless steel. The kettle's capacity is 1.25 liters — an intermediate size between compact travel models of 0.8–1 liter and standard household ones of 1.7 liters. This format is intended for couples and small families, where the full capacity of a regular kettle often remains unused and water is boiled unnecessarily.

A smaller capacity with the same power boils faster, and the electricity consumption significantly decreases with daily use. The main functional feature of the model is the thermostat with four fixed temperature settings: 70, 80, 90, and 100 °C. This set is sufficient for the main brewing tasks: 70 °C is suitable for delicate green tea and oolong, 80 °C — for white tea and soft coffee varieties, 90 °C — for black tea and most kinds of ground coffee, and 100 °C is used for herbal infusions, rooibos, and standard instant coffee.

The double-walled construction provides two practical benefits: the external steel surface does not heat up to high levels and is safe to touch, while the water inside retains the set temperature longer, much like a thermos. The power of 2000 W is balanced for the reduced capacity of the kettle. The concealed heating element is protected from direct contact with water, which reduces visible scale buildup and makes cleaning the interior chamber easier. The removable filter traps sediment when pouring into a cup, the lid opens with the push of a button, and the water level indicator assists in precisely measuring the fill level.
