It is positioned as a product of the upper price category from the Gorenje Excellent line of the 2015 model. It is aimed at demanding users who choose high-quality and functional household appliances from proven European manufacturers. It has a narrow and relatively thin vertically oriented body, which fits perfectly into small rooms with a limited area.

Designed for domestic use, able to fully serve the domestic needs of a family of 2-3 people. The Gorenje OGBS 80 ORV9 water heater differs from more affordable models in the presence of a smart Eco Smart control system, which is able to self-learn and heat water at a time when there is usually an increased need for it. Such a boiler will help organize hot water supply with temperatures up to 75 °C in apartments or small private houses.

It is designed for operating pressures up to 6 bar (9 bar tested). Able to simultaneously supply hot water to several points of analysis (for example, a shower room and a kitchen). The design of the water heater consists of a large storage tank made of enameled cold-rolled structural steel, two durable "dry" heating elements with a total power of 2000 W, a magnesium anode and highly efficient polyurethane foam insulation.
