When kneading with a hook, it's important to start with the lowest speed, and only after a couple of minutes can you gradually increase it. The result is simply excellent; manual kneading can only come close to it if you work long and very, very thoroughly. I also made pancake batter, fritter batter, and syrniki batter using the second attachment. In all cases, it kneaded 4-5 times faster than by hand and very efficiently.
