Harmony between capacity and convenience

The combination oven from the manufacturer Gorenje represents an advanced solution on the market. Despite its compactness (height is only 46 cm), it pleases with the excellent capacity of the working chamber: 50 liters, which is usually enough for families of two or three people.

Gorenje GCM 812 B is equipped with intuitive controls, including a rotary switch and child-proof touch buttons. The color TFT display deserves special attention. The inner walls of the working chamber are covered with Silver-matte enamel, which is resistant to high temperatures (even before pyrolytic cleaning), and this model also features the Aqua Clean system - steam cleaning of grease and other contaminants.

Many modes

As a classic oven, there are 11 operating modes. Among them are individual heating modes (traditional, convection circular, two grill modes) and their various combinations, suitable for frying, baking, toasting and much more.

In addition, 3 modes using microwaves are available. They can be used for defrosting, heating and quick cooking. This oven is also equipped with an inverter microwave emitter, which allows you to flexibly adjust its power: there are 5 levels from 90 to 1000 W. The lowest level is suitable for melting baked goods with delicate fillings, and the highest is for quickly heating liquids.

Your own mode and other useful options

If the suggested modes are not enough, you can create your own program or use one of the five additional cooking functions. These include defrosting, preheating dishes, and preheating the oven.
