We bought this oven at MVideo. Upon first plugging it in, it turned out to be defective. Unfortunately, we didn't check it immediately, as we trusted this store and this brand. We only turned it on two months after purchase. Now we can't return it to the store, and the "technician" from Gorenje doesn't seem to be coming. We called Gorenje and submitted a request for a technician to come out. We've been waiting for two weeks now, and it seems like no one cares about the consumer. The main thing is getting the money.
