I recommend everyone to purchase the Gorenje BM900 AL. Do not pay attention to the recipes in the book. Use tried-and-true recipes and follow them precisely. Under no circumstances should you use "Voronezh" yeast. The proven ones are "saf-moment" or "Lviv" yeast. Yesterday I baked in a round bucket... couldn't get enough of the golden-brown loaf! Excellent design, good build quality. The bucket is attached to the axis and fixed by turning. Two forms and two paddles for kneading. The buttons are blocked after 5 minutes. works. i add more flour than in the recipe. For 700 grams - 420 grams of flour. I think that the dispenser is not needed, it prevents the bread from rising. Be sure to put everything strictly on electronic scales. Great design and size. you don't need a lot of space. I use about 3 months. I bake bread 1-2 times a week. always turned out great. The price-quality ratio is balanced. She is worth her money. I recommend!!! Compact, cute and very thoughtful model. Bought for myself and my parents. The crust turns out to be super cool, it doesn’t work loudly, there are a lot of programs, convenient control. The bread is tasty and big. not yet discovered. the cable is short, I tried to bake bread according to the instructions - it didn’t work out ...
