It was a decent chainsaw for its price at the time. I got it for preparing firewood for home use. It works well, with enough power even for cutting at full bar length, and the anti-vibration dampers are functional, although some vibration can still be felt in the hands. Mine came from the factory with a Walbro carburetor, which is a plus, but I had to replace it over time. Like all Chinese models, the carburetor needed a bit of adjustment. The oil pump works, but it tends to leak a little when the saw is just sitting idle. The chain that comes with it is only suitable for softwood; handling hardwood is challenging for it. Price at its time, carburetor Walbro shock absorption system, break-in chain, the fuel mixing container is leaking. |
Buying a country house was not only the realization of a long-held dream but also quite a hassle. The house, a plot with a garden, and a large vegetable patch all required a lot of work. Even just keeping all of this in more or less normal condition requires constant effort, so any automation and mechanization are incredibly helpful. The heating in the house is solid fuel, with a good, imported boiler that has high efficiency. You can fuel it with coal (expensive) or deadwood from the nearby forest (cheap but more troublesome), which starts right across the road, just 50 meters from the house. Since firewood is cheaper, I first negotiated with local authorities (that means I registered with the village council) and set out to gather it. And what’s any venture without good tools? That's how I ended up with this saw. )) Powerful enough for moderate wood preparation without going overboard. And I can't really go overboard anyway because my pickup truck's bed is small, so I can't fit much, and leaving it on-site is risky as it might get taken. It starts easily, you might even say "with half a turn" of the key. It doesn't stall on idle and works steadily under load too. Comes with an excellent package that includes two bars, two chains, and a set of tools for maintenance and repair of the saw. The oil consumption is not small but acceptable. Roughly speaking, one tank of oil is enough for two tanks of gasoline. The declared power is clearly overstated, but what it delivers is more than enough for me. The screw that adjusts the chain tension is inconveniently located. There is no instruction manual in Russian or Ukrainian. Thanks to my son for translating the main points from English, otherwise I would have had to find someone else to do it. |
I don't recommend it to you for free! Sawed 3 times for 10 minutes, repaired already 2 times !!!!! They are not available Fragile |
