Gillette Labs Heated Razor

A special system for comfortable wet shaving with active thermal impact technology. This high-tech alternative to a traditional razor is positioned as a top-tier product. It stands out from regular razors with the controlled skin heating function Intelligent Heating Bar Technology. A fixed metal strip directly under the shaving cartridge acts as the heating element. Upon contact with the skin, this strip transfers heat, which helps to soften the keratin of the hair and causes slight expansion of blood vessels and pores in the shaving area.

Right after the heating element, there are the razor blades that cut the hair that has been warmed. The softened hair and prepared skin allow for a smoother and less traumatic cut. It is also important to mention that the Gillette Labs Heated Razor shaving system is exclusively designed for wet shaving. The use of water with foam or gel is mandatory to ensure heat transfer and protect the skin from direct thermal impact. Users can choose between two preset temperatures, 43 or 50 °C, and the heating element reaches operational heat in just 1-2 seconds, eliminating long waiting periods. The energy from the built-in battery is sufficient for 4-6 sessions.
