A practical and relatively inexpensive universal card reader with a 2.5" bay for connecting an HDD/SSD drive with a SATA interface. Designed for installation in the front part of a computer case, installed in a 3.5" bay. It is positioned as an affordable mid-price product in 2020, aimed at users who often have to deal with various memory cards and information on SATA SSD drives.

The Gembird FDI2-ALLIN1-03 card reader is guaranteed compatible with memory cards of the following standards: SD/MMC/RS-MMC, including SDHC and SDXC, as well as Mini Secure Digital Card, Multimedia Card, Multimedia II Card, Reduced-Size Multimedia Card, Ultra II Secure Digital Card, Extreme Secure Digital Card, Extreme III Secure Digital Card and T-flash. In addition, Memory Stick Card, Memory Stick Pro Card, Memory Stick Duo Card/Pro Duo Card and their variations are supported. Memory cards up to 32 GB are supported. To connect to the motherboard, it is equipped with a SATA-to-USB cable (IDC9). It is highly compatible with various SATA SSD drives. It has a durable metal case, the front panel of which is equipped with activity indicators.
