A compact and at the same time quite advanced DVR, positioned by the manufacturer in the upper part of the price segment. The model is an improved version of the Gazer F122 recorder. Thanks to the top Ambarella A7 processor and the latest matrix, the device boasts high video quality — resolution up to 2304x1296 at 30 frames per second. Night mode has two functions to choose from: HDR (high dynamic range, where the video processing is done by the matrix and subsequently transmitted to the processor) or WDR (wide dynamic range, where the video is processed directly by the processor); these technologies are similar, but are used under different night conditions. The Gazer F122 recorder has an elongated six-layer lens, thanks to which it has a viewing angle of up to 160°, and the DEWARP functi...on allows you to remove the fisheye effect and play video in a wide-angle picture. The developers did not forget about safety either, equipping the device with LDWS (lane control), FCWS (distance control) and LLWS (headlight reminder) technologies. The “Antison” function acts as a timer, which, at certain selected intervals, reminds you of the need to stop and rest. The body of the device is made of durable and pleasant to the touch plastic and supports two different types of attachment.

This DVR writes video well, monitors the traffic situation, stabilizes the recording, and is also one of the smallest devices on the market.

So, it is always pleasant to name the advantages of technology. In the presence of shooting in FullHD and SuperHD formats, a branded lens with glass lenses and a powerful Ambarella A7 processor. Together, the effect is amazing - SuperHD really lives up to this name, and you can see the license plates of other cars at a distance of 15-20 metres at any time of the day. At the same time, the detail of the recording is high.

Separately, it is necessary to note the functionality of the gadget. There is WDR, and HDR, and lane control, and calculating the distance to the car in front, and even a timer that does not allow the driver to sleep at the wheel, not to mention the G-sensor. There is also the possibility of connecting GPS, but this requires a separate antenna.

There are practically no disadvantages. Only one thing is surprising - HDR can only be enabled in FullHD mode, and WDR when SuperHD is activated. The power socket is also not very conveniently located.
