There are downsides: After 2 days of use, some looseness appeared, the factory sharpening is just terrible, the screws are not tightened all the way.. But it deserves a solid 3.
Let's say, if you don't have high expectations and use it as intended (not for driving nails, but for cutting), it won't disappoint.
