The Ezidri FD 1000 fruit dryer has multiple air circulation channels, thanks to which the heat spreads freely throughout the working chamber. This model received a rounded cylindrical shape. The power of the dehydrator is 1000 watts. Normally, the working chamber of the dryer has 5 trays, 1 mesh and 1 solid container for marshmallow are additionally provided. If necessary, you can equip the dryer with additional trays — the total capacity of the chamber is 30 trays, but additional components are purchased separately. The heating of the working chamber is regulated within 35-65 ˚С, a rotary regulator is provided for switching temperature modes. This electric dryer can serve as an excellent solution for drying: vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts, cereals, seeds, meat and fish products. Among other things, the model is well adapted for making marshmallows.
