Shifter ZR4 is installed in your car and works in both directions: detecting and blocking police laser guns. Shifter ZR4 includes 2 laser shifters for the front of the car and one for the rear.
Shifter ZR4 has a control panel that can be installed anywhere inside your vehicle. This control panel has separate warning indicators for the front and rear transceivers, allowing you to determine the direction of a threat. There is also an automatic brightness control that will adjust the brightness of the display based on the general lighting in the vehicle. The mute button will allow you to mute audio alerts. There is also a power button and a volume rocker.
The Shifter ZR4 also includes a remote mute button - it's small and can be mounted within reach of the driver so you can easily mute alerts when needed.
Shifter ZR4 has a connecting cable that allows you to connect to all existing models of Beltronics and Escort radar detectors. When combined with a compatible detector, the display is no longer necessary and the Shifter ZR4 can be fully controlled via the radar detector!
The Shifter ZR4 is manufactured by Beltronics/Escort and will work with all current Bel and Escort radar detectors.
