Where the 24 volts came from is unclear, there are 5 batteries of 3.7 each, totaling 18.5. Although the batteries seem to be of good quality and have 2 amp hours, the quality of materials and assembly is so-so. However, I was pleased with the branded metal chuck. Overall, it works, and that's what matters. The appearance on a construction site isn't the main thing for tools. The case is not bad, but it's large for a screwdriver, and not very convenient to carry around.
