To service one / pair of active burners, the minimum and least noisy first speed is sufficient, which does not interfere with conversation and makes it possible to hear the sound of the TV. The maximum p...erformance (690 m³/h) will help to quickly ventilate the kitchen, completely replacing the air, but it creates a significant noise level (up to 65 dBa). Air purification can be carried out in two ways: exhaust outside the room and recirculation through a replaceable carbon filter (sold separately), which traps aerosol particles and neutralizes strong odours.
