A fairly advanced and spacious oven with relatively economical energy consumption, a complete temperature probe and a built-in SteamBoost steamer. The model was introduced to the market by the popular Electrolux brand in 2023. With a 70-liter fryer, you can cook for a large family, and the Steamify automatic cooking mode will independently select the optimal steam intensity, depending on the temperature of the fryer.

The My Electrolux Kitchen mobile app will allow you to monitor cooking remotely. The Electrolux SteamBoost KOBBS 39H built-in oven is designed for high-quality baking of large-piece products: chicken/turkey, shank, roll. The temperature probe will quickly and accurately control the heating in the core; there will be no need to cut the dish in the middle of heat treatment. The control unit is based on the EXCite touch panel.

The oven has a large full-color TFT screen, making the setup menu easy to navigate. There are 5 sections for loading trays. One of the shelves is equipped with telescopic slider guides, increasing convenience and safety when working with large baking sheets. The roaster is equipped with double halogen lighting. The built-in steam generator opens up great possibilities for preparing dietary dishes. For self-cleaning, hot steam is used, which effectively washes away the grease film from the walls without additional cleaning agents.
