Outdated Product
A flow-through gas water heater with optimized heating, presented on the market by the popular brand Electrolux. The heat exchanger is made using the unique NanoPro technology. Copper for the heat exchanger undergoes special treatment, which makes it more resistant to burnout and corrosion. The water heater is equipped with the INVERTER Control system, which is responsible for flame modulation, due to which the temperature will always be stable and accurate, regardless of the pressure and number of water intake points used. The Electrolux GWH 285 ERN NanoPro flow-through gas water heater is equipped with an optimized burner. The number of gas burner nozzles has been reduced, but their size has been significantly increased. This step has minimized cases of flame extinction. In addition, the...heating system is much quieter than in standard gas water heaters. The device has a power of 21.6 kW. The capacity of the heat exchanger is 11 l / min. An electric ignition system is available. Automatic ignition is battery-powered, which is easily replaced if necessary. A 110 mm diameter sleeve is connected to the chimney pipe. This column copes well with gas combustion, which minimizes harmful emissions.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Electrolux GWH ERN NanoPro water heater has received mixed reviews from users. Many appreciate its compact size and energy independence, as it does not require a constant power connection and operates quietly. However, several users have reported issues with temperature regulation, finding it difficult to achieve a consistent water temperature, especially at low water pressure. The build quality has been criticized, with some components being made of plastic and the heat exchanger experiencing leaks after a short period. Additionally, the unit often turns on with a loud bang, which can be unsettling. While some users have had positive long-term experiences, others have faced frequent breakdowns and poor service support, leading to frustration. Overall, while the Electrolux GWH ERN NanoPro offers some benefits, potential buyers should be aware of its performance inconsistencies and possible maintenance issues.

If the speaker is a genuine Electrolux and the user is skilled, then there are zero problems.

Yesterday, on 06.09.2024, I flushed the radiator because the hot water pressure had significantly decreased. The boiler has been working for 14 years (I bought it back in 2009 in Yunost, Kyiv for 2900 UAH), and this is the first repair, if you can call it that, performed on this device, considering that our water quality is very poor.
Hang it up and forget it for 14 years
Well, I don't know, maybe 14 years is too little?)))

There was an old speaker hanging, I didn’t know any problems, after the repair I hung this MIRACLE. I’ve been suffering for a week now, with all minimum settings the water is 45-50 degrees. Through Kyiv I found specialists who KAKBE are engaged in servicing Electrolux speakers (they said so on the phone). The master came and looked like a sheep, it looks like he also saw this speaker for the first time, he said that this is how it should be, they say, adapt. In general, horror, do not buy!!! all declared functions such as flame modulation, etc. fiction. It either boils or turns off.
Only on paper, when you read the characteristics, how good it is.
There are no adjustments, it is adjusted to some ideal conditions. There is NO service, the official representative office of Electrolux said we do not deal with geysers (((

It doesn’t burn for long - we don’t have time to properly wash ourselves!

The plumber said that the pressure is good, even on the 5th floor. Everything is fine with gas and hood too! I have no idea what to do. Really change(
small and very smart!)
the water temperature is not regulated!!! if only the shower works, it is very hot!! when you turn on the tap in the sink, it becomes cool - there is no middle ground, you are completely exhausted with the child! goes out after 3-5 minutes with a terrible crack! After about two minutes you can turn it on again! Just torture. But what a water saver!)))

From the press release:

GWH 285 ERN NanoPro is a new generation geyser with electronic burner ignition and automatic heating temperature control. The speaker is turned on automatically when a hot water tap is opened, thanks to an electric spark from the batteries. After closing the hot water tap, the flame of the burner automatically turns off.
