Dry clothes in a few hours
The EWW 51685 SWD has a very high maximum spin speed of 1600 rpm. Unique modes
Electrolux has 10 regular programs and a few special ones. The second includes "Wash and dry 60 min", which is useful if necessary, for example, to quickly prepare a dress for a party. And by choosing the Refresh with Steam mode, you can easily iron out wrinkles after drying or freshen up a thing that is not yet so dirty to wash, but already with the smell of sweat. But there is no quick wash programme, which can be attributed to disadvantages. This is partly compensated by the Time Manager function, which allows you to reduce the cycle time of standard programs.
We iron — less, we pay — more
The main "minus" of EWW 51685 SWD is that for the sake of drying, you will have to sacrifice efficiency. If a regular cycle (Cotton) requires 1.35 kW of energy, then the same wash with a dryer uses 5.43. With water, the situation is similar: 67 liters in normal mode and 97 when drying things. If you wash without drying, an average of 214 kW and 12600 liters will “run in” per year, and if you always with it — 1086 and 19400, respectively.
