Electrolux EFH/C-5115

The Swedish manufacturer of household appliances Electrolux has defined its brainchild in the ART design line, the hallmark of which is modern style. Visually, the Electrolux EFH / C-5115 fan heater resembles the head of a kind of robot with rubberized power and temperature controls in place of the eyes.

Practicality

The design of the heater uses environmentally friendly and safe materials, and its body is made of heat-resistant plastic. For ease of use, on the lower part of the “body” there is a niche for winding the power cord (only 1.2 m long), and on top there is a groove for carrying the fan heater. By the way, at first, the model may emit a slight smell of plastic, which quickly disappears.

Modes

The maximum power of the fan heater is 1500 W, which is enough to quickly heat a room up to 15 m². In economy mode, power consumption drops to 850 watts. Also in the arsenal of heater functions there is a blowing mode without connecting a heating element — in this case, the device acts as a conventional fan.

Thermostat

Many owners of the model describe in the reviews the “rough” operation of the thermostat — from the moment the blower is turned off when the room is heated until the moment the heating is restarted, the room has time to cool below the set temperature value. It is possible to set the required heating level using the aforementioned temperature regulator on the top of the heater body. In general, the model is worth its money and, thanks to its interesting design, will decorate any modern interior with its presence.
