The electric convector produced by the Swedish company Electrolux captivates the consumer with its high build quality and presentable appearance, thanks to which the device will harmoniously fit into both classical and modern environments.
Efficient heating
Following the generally accepted rule, according to which 100 W of heater power provide effective heating of 1 m², Electrolux ECH / B-1500 E will feel at ease in rooms of 12-18 m². Two other modifications (1000 W and 2000 W) are useful for small and large rooms, respectively.
Strained glass
The area of the entire front panel is occupied by black glossy glass, tempered at a temperature of 800°C. It is protected from external influences and impacts by a multilayer shell. The glass-ceramic surface simply makes you look at yourself, regardless of the way the heater is mounted — whether it is attached to the wall or planted on legs with wheels for transportation.
High accuracy
The intelligent convector control unit is hidden behind the front panel. This arrangement allowed us to hide a fairly bright digital display for displaying temperature readings, which is why it is not conspicuous in the dark. The controls are covered with a hinged translucent cover to protect against damage. They provide the ability to turn on the anti-freeze mode, set the time to stop heating, reduce the power of the heater to 750 W and set the desired temperature regime. The high-precision thermostat automatically adjusts the temperature to the specified level (with an error of only ±0.1°), after which it turns off and starts heating again when the degrees fall 2°C below the set value. In some instances, turning the thermostat on and off may be accompanied by loud clicks.
Durability
The service life of a monolithic heating element is estimated at 25 years. Its protection is provided by an overheating detection sensor and automatic shutdown of heating when the device is overturned, which is triggered if the heater body deviates in the vertical plane by an angle exceeding 45 °.
