The machine has been in use for 3 years, used, purchased in Germany for approximately 35-37 euros. There, new ones are much cheaper than Ukrainian prices. In Germany, it was used for 1-2 years. It is strictly used on rough terrain (I use Alco for the lawn), from May to August, every 1-2 weeks. It mows everything. Advantage: price (for me), maneuverability, light grass catcher (does not outweigh the machine, unlike some Alco), sufficient durability (considering tough use for 3 seasons) Issues: stretched belt, the blade needs to be periodically removed and straightened, then put back in place (not critical if you have "handyman" skills). He has been involved in advertising work since the 1980s. He repaired equipment and went with it to factories, etc. Why so detailed. Because it hurt. When I brought the mower to the warranty workshop, I immediately heard the incompetence of the staff and the answer that you need to pay for warranty repairs. A week later, the expert confirmed (FOP Yaroshenko Anton Nikolaevich) that the bearings really need to be changed at my expense. He asked to issue an expert defective act on the product. But probably, like the indicated person (FOP) and the Authorized Service Center in Kiev (Glybochitska St. 53), which represent such a well-known brand Einhell, are not trained (or do not want to) ...... But they only want to cut money. But happiness is not in money. I would give them these 400 UAH, but the principles do not allow ... When I shared the problem with a friend. He sympathized with me and said that I worked for 2-3 months and he had 2 weeks at the dacha in the Chernihiv region. I didn’t take it to the workshop, it’s far away. I bought bearings on the market and changed them. My actions in the future: I will use a friend's lawn mower (home-made with a Soviet engine and knives from the same steel) Works more than 15. I will buy bearings on the market and change them. I liked the outside design. But please take into account, this is like a woman: lips made up face is beautiful, but this is not enough to live a happy life. You need to choose according to the internal content I mentioned the shortcomings above and fully support the previously mentioned drawbacks in reviews (poor quality knives and bearings). I especially highlight the negative work of the service centers' personnel with consumers. You need to learn, learn, and learn again. Learn from the experience of the older generation.
