Drills fast, hammers powerfully
The Einhell Expert Plus TE-RH 38 E rotary hammer hits with a force of 9 J — very decent for a device with an electro-pneumatic drive of the percussion mechanism. Especially when you consider that this is an inexpensive household-grade tool. It can drill with impact (makes holes in concrete with a diameter of up to 38 mm), as well as chisel in two modes: with a fixed chisel and with turning the tool.
Design features
In addition to the almost standard set of functions (anti-vibration system and safety clutch), the tool is equipped with an indicator that notifies you when the carbon brushes need to be replaced. You do not have to disassemble the case to see how many brushes are left to live (the LED will light up about their wear). But the mode switch is poorly thought out and made unsuccessfully. Firstly, it is located under the left hand and is located under the depth limiter, which prevents turning the switch, and, secondly, it rotates too tight.
Powerful do-it-yourself repair hammer
Einhell tools, including this rotary hammer, are perfect for those who independently and slowly build a house or make repairs. It is relatively inexpensive and quite good quality. But we should not forget that this is a household class technique. It is not designed for professional use (long and heavy loads). In a pair with a rotary hammer, you should buy an inexpensive drill.
