The complete set of the device is very decent: a plastic case with 65 items. Attachments include grinding stones, engraving cutters, cutting discs, emery rings and other Dremel branded accessories. The manufacturer did not stint even on such rare (and extremely useful) devices as a compass with a parallel stop, an additional handle and a special platform for convenient processing of parts. The Dremel brand doesn't need much introduction. It is a leading manufacturer of engraving machines (no wonder all electric engravers are called "dremels"). Dremel is part of the Bosch concern, and therefore the quality of its products is the same "German" (that is, high). Therefore, buying a Dremel engraver is the right decision (unless, of course, you are satisfied with the price, which is frankly high).
