The Draper 80956 Generator offers basic capabilities for backup power supply during power outages, as well as for repair work at home or at the cottage. Its compact design weighing 18.5 kg is easily portable with a convenient handle. The enclosed soundproof casing protects the internal components, although the noise level during operation remains quite high. The model's equipment is minimalist, simplifying operation but somewhat complicating the monitoring of the device's status. Only key indicators are displayed on the control panel — power supply, overload, and low oil level. Voltage readings, engine hours, and other parameters are absent. However, the generator features two 230 V sockets and a 12 V output, useful for connecting LED lighting, charging batteries, or powering car electronics.

Inverter Generation

Performance is provided by a four-stroke engine with a capacity of 99 cc, which is sufficient for the stable operation of equipment with a power of up to 1.7 kW. The model belongs to the inverter type, producing a pure sine wave output, safe for sensitive devices — computers, medical equipment, audio systems, induction cookers, and electronics with semiconductor elements. The generator's potential is enough for performing household tasks, lighting an area, or powering life-support systems — heating, water supply, and cooking. For light loads, there is an "Eco" mode that reduces fuel consumption and noise. The declared autonomy time is about 3.8 hours at rated power, which is a decent indicator for inverter models.
