A graceful state employee with bevelled side faces looks many times more expensive than it actually costs. The attractiveness of the model is added by a widescreen display with an aspect ratio of 18:9, but its resolution is by no means the most outstanding — 1280x640 pixels with a 5.5-inch diagonal. Under the hood, the Doogee X60L has a bundle of a 4-core Mediatek MT6737 chip and 2 GB of RAM, and there are 16 GB of permanent memory in the device's assets. Approximately half of the space in the built-in drive is traditionally given to the needs of the "OS" — the Android 7.0 system with a branded graphic launcher rolled over it. Instead, the user is invited to use a microSD drive, for which a separate slot is provided. On the back of the smartphone, you can find a dual main camera module, wi...th which you can get a high-quality result in fairly good lighting, and a fingerprint scanner. The front camera in the model's assets shoots in 8 MP resolution. On a single charge, the 3300 mAh battery provides up to 7 hours of screen activity.

Why do smartphones start to slow down and what amount of RAM is now considered optimal?Let's explore the reasons for the slowdown and the optimal amount of RAM for smartphones

Appearance in the style of Galaxy

Once upon a time, Samsung actively borrowed ideas from Apple. Later, the Koreans grew out of their little brother's panties and created their own self-sufficient flagship — the Galaxy S series. Why this backstory? In addition, the Doogee X60L copies the appearance of the latest versions of the Galaxy one to one with its elongated body and a screen that smoothly flows into the side frames. Due to this, the Doogee X60L stands out from the background of most faceless low-cost smartphones.

Dual camera

And this is not the only positive difference between the smartphone and its counterparts in the top. Doogee is a much less popular brand than Xiaomi or Meizu, so buyers need to be attracted by something unusual. In the case of the X60L, this is a dual main camera, which is a rare beast in devices below $ 200 – 250. The resolution of the second module is only 8 MP (when the main one has 13 MP) and it does a good job of determining the depth of the frame, thanks to which the smartphone takes quite decent pictures in good lighting.

Security is a priority

The next positive thing is the presence of a fingerprint scanner on the back cover. The scanner here is of quite high quality — almost always the smartphone is unlocked in the blink of an eye. According to official data, this is 0.1 – 0.2 seconds. Feels about the same, although in some cases, for example, in the cold, he may think for a couple of seconds.

Quad-core processor

In terms of equipment, the Doogee X60L looks like a fairly standard smartphone for this class: a 4-core Mediatek MT6737 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, plus support for micro SD memory cards in a separate slot. But the processor frequency is slightly lower than the average temperature in the ward — 1.3 GHz versus 1.4-1.5 GHz for fellows in the price tag. Not to say that this drawback creates big problems in work, surfing the net, social networks and non-demanding applications work quite smoothly. But heavy applications or games make the smartphone sweat and noticeably slow down. However, stable 25 – 30 frames per second in "WOT" at the minimum for such a price is a worthy result.

Large IPS screen

Naturally, there is no such thing as a lot of honey without tar. In the case of the Doogee X60L, this is the screen. According to the passport, this is a 5.5-inch IPS display with a rather low resolution of 1280x640 pixels (against 1440x720 from competitors) and a modest margin of brightness, which makes it difficult to read in the sun. Otherwise, the smartphone produces a decent picture with natural colour reproduction and no noticeable graininess.

As you can see, in terms of equipment and appearance, the Doogee X60L stands out from its competitors somewhat, so the main question is trust in the brand — will it show reliability at the Redmi level, will jambs with build quality or software come out over time?
