Universal mobile power station

The DJI Power 500 is a mobile power station designed for two main functions: it serves as a stand-alone power source for home and computer devices with up to 500W of power, and it can quickly charge DJI drones in off-grid situations.

Efficient Charging of DJI Drones

The station allows Mavic 3, Air 3, Inspire 3 and Matrice 30 T drones to be fully charged in about half an hour using proprietary cables via the SDC connector. This feature will be useful for drone operators, reducing the time between flights and allowing the drone to spend more time in the air during the filming day.

Balanced characteristics

In standard use, the device is a classic charging station equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 512 Wh. The station withstands a nominal load of up to 500 W and short-term surges of up to 1000 W, and also has an automatic backup function for connected equipment, acting as a UPS with a switchover in about 20 ms.

Fast charging

Charging the battery from a standard outlet takes 50 minutes (from 0 to 80%), from solar panels - about 4 hours, and from a car cigarette lighter - about 6 hours. In addition, the station is equipped with an information screen and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules, although it lacks 12-port outputs. However, their absence was justified by the addition of a specialized SDC connector for charging drones, which is used more often.
