The model received a stylish and durable stainless steel case, provides the rear location of the heater and fan. Trays for placing products are installed according to the same principle as baking sheets in the oven. The semi-professional status of the device is confirmed by the high power of the heating element (1100 W) and a solid overall capacity: 10 trays are placed in the working chamber at the same time, and the size of each is 395x380 mm. The DEX DFD-1010S fruit dryer supports nine temperature modes (range 35 – 75 °C in steps of 5 degrees), which will make it possible to choose the optimal drying mode for different products, from vegetables or herbs to beef, fish, etc. For convenient interactio...n with the device, a touch control panel with a display is proposed. Here, in addition to choosing the temperature mode, you can set the timer in increments of 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).
