bought it 3 days ago, everything seemed fine, but when I heated the room and turned it off for the night, it started making various cracking noises. i have 2 of them. Everything is fine. Crackling is typical upon heating. I have a generation 3 dragon, 3 years, no complaints. it heats well, I am satisfied, we dry clothes for the child for school in the morning in the winter, no complaints.
