Among all types of coffee, I recognize only espresso. I do not recognize Americano diluted with water, milk-coffee drinks called cappuccino, latte and latte macchiato. Accordingly, I was going to buy a coffee maker exclusively for making espresso, but my daughter intervened and defended her tastes for cappuccino. In the end, we took this model with a cappuccino maker. I won’t talk about it because I don’t use it, but otherwise the car is excellent. For a little over six months now, she pleases me with delicious coffee every day, and I keep buying new and new varieties of coffee beans)) The coffee maker is beautiful and practical, the tray into which the drops fall is removable. Works fast. If the machine is filled with everything necessary, then you can get a cup of coffee in 2.5 – 3 minutes. It displaces almost one and a half liters of water, which is enough for our family for at least a couple of days. I use my own ground coffee, but you can also use coffee pods. There is a built-in seal, but you should not get carried away with its active use. The coffee maker may not press through excessively compacted fine grinds. There are replaceable filters for one and two cups, but in our family we are all individualists, so we only use a single one. At first, my daughter complained about the poor performance of the cappuccino maker, but then it turned out that she was just doing something wrong. I discovered quite quickly that this machine had difficulty pushing water through very finely ground coffee. I like to experiment, including with the degree of grain grinding, and in my opinion, stronger grinding can increase the degree of extraction. But, unfortunately, it will not be possible to test this assumption on this coffee maker. |
I've been using it for 5 years and don't plan on changing yet! You can make delicious coffee relatively quickly. 10% cream is whipped very well, it is in this model that the design of the cappuccinatore is apparently successful. Over time, scale forms inside, like in a kettle. It is not visible.
