Expanded modification of the original Creality Hi 3D printer model with an additional CFS multi-color printing module. Up to four of these units can be connected to the printer, but the model comes with one CFS system. It provides airtight filament storage with temperature and humidity control, and allows for automatic switching of threads and empty spools to full ones during serial printing.
Additionally, automatic RFID tag reading is supported to determine the type and color of the filament. The 3D printer itself is suitable for printing a wide variety of projects using the thermoplastic layer deposition method. Printing materials for it include ABS, PLA, and PETG plastics. A three-metal nozzle with a steel tip is used to feed the filament, offering a melting temperature of up to 300°C.
The surface of the Creality Hi Combo's print bed is heated up to 100°C. The printer prints at speeds of up to 500 mm/s. The model employs an automatic print platform leveling system using a linear rail along the X-axis and dual guides along the Y-axis. The 3D printer is compatible with file formats .stl, .gcode, .3mf, and the proprietary slicing software Creality Print 5.1. Additional features include a 3.2-inch touchscreen and Wi-Fi wireless connectivity. The built-in buzzer informs about the completion of the printing process and unexpected pauses during operation.
