Concept SO-2090

The Concept brand fruit dryer can be classified as a solution at the junction of the intermediate and advanced levels (as for vertical models). It is stated that it is suitable for working with a wide range of products: here you can dry bread and pasta, herbs and medicinal herbs, dry fish, etc. Thanks to the adjustable height between the levels, many berries can be placed whole here, and large ingredients do not have to be chopped very finely.

The Concept SO-2090 dryer provides 7 plastic trays with a diameter of 29 cm each. Both the trays themselves and the upper part of the body are made transparent, which simplifies visual control of the drying process. The 380 W heating element is complemented by an overheating protection system, and in the event of force majeure, it will automatically turn off. For control, users are offered a keypad and display, which, among other things, allow you to set the temperature from 35 to 70 °C and set a timer (up to 24 hours).
