The Concept Contact Grill is a multifunctional kitchen assistant that can cook a variety of dishes, not only meat and vegetables, but also delicious sandwiches and even desserts. To do this, the package includes three types of plates measuring 24.3x28.1 cm: with a smooth surface, ribbed with traditional grill stripes and waffle plates. The design of the device allows the use of plates both in a closed form for double-sided frying, and in an open form.

In this case, you get a large working area and can cook several servings. Moreover, two independent heating elements make it possible to cook several different dishes at the same time, since each plate has its own individual temperature and cooking duration settings. Another advantage of the Concept GE-3550 is process automation. Simply put, you do not need to manually select the optimal settings - the system will do everything for you.

For this, 11 preset programs are provided: 4 types of roasting steak, fish, poultry, bacon, vegetables, sandwiches, waffles and DIY. The last program allows you to manually adjust the heating temperature (from 80 to 230 degrees) and cooking time. For steaks, the GRILL ASSISTANT feature offers 4 degrees of doneness: Medium Rare (rare), Medium (medium), Medium Well (well done) and Well Done (fully cooked steak).

You just need to select the degree you want and the grill will automatically set the settings. A useful assistant in roasting meat will also be the temperature probe, which is included in the model package. This is a small instrument that determines the temperature not on the surface, but directly inside the product. This temperature will be displayed on the display of the device. In addition, for convenient use, the manufacturer has added a drip tray for dripping oil and fat and fixing the grill in the closed position, so that the equipment can be stored upright and thereby save space. And the removable plates and the drip tray are dishwasher safe.
