Model overview based on user reviews
The Casio MQ-24-1B3 wristwatch is a highly affordable and lightweight option, making it easy to forget you're wearing it. Its soft plastic strap is adjustable for various wrist sizes, and the watch features a small, expressive dial with silver hands and large Arabic numerals that are easy to read from any angle. While the watch is water-resistant to 3 ATM, it's not suitable for swimming. The Japanese-made mechanism ensures accurate timekeeping, with minimal deviation over time. However, the plastic case and glass are prone to scratches, and the strap may wear out quickly. Despite its simple appearance, the watch offers good quality for its price, making it a practical choice for those seeking a reliable, budget-friendly timepiece.
Pros

Cons

good model, I liked it
1 August 2016
I accidentally broke my old mechanical watch, so badly that there was no point in repairing them. At work, hands are often busy and there is no way to check the time on the phone. Therefore, I decided to buy an inexpensive quartz watch as a temporary option. I didn’t think that I could buy Casio for that kind of money, but it turned out that they have models for any wallet.
Lightweight, you just forget that they are on your hand, especially since the plastic strap turned out to be quite soft and plastic. I will add that there are a lot of holes in the strap and it will suit both a thin female or even a child's hand, and a medium-sized male one. The case is small, its thickness is less than a centimeter. It is also plastic, like the glass covering the dial. Silver hands and large Arabic numerals look expressive and beautiful on a black background. The second hand is as thin as a wire. It does not oscillate and moves in increments of exactly 1 second. The hands and dial with numbers are easy to read and from any angle. The watch is water resistant to 3 bar. Looking at the number, you might think that the watch can withstand immersion to a depth of 30m, but in fact this wording promises reliable protection against splashes, but not against immersion in water. So I wouldn't recommend swimming in them. The assembly is Chinese, but the mechanism itself is made in Japan. They go very accurately. I specifically compared it and in a month there was less than a minute of forward deviation.
Glass, which is a banal polymethyl methacryalate, is scratched at any opportunity.
Controversial feeling, good quality, and insufficiently thought-out appearance

The watch completely justifies its price. They look too simple and cheap. Initially, in the online store picture, they seemed quite interesting to me. But, of course, their appearance in real life turned out to be somewhat different. They are small in size, so they look at least silly on a wide wrist. The polymer strap wore out very quickly, but I don't really want to buy a new one—the watch itself is not much more expensive than a new strap. However, they run accurately and precisely. Throughout the time I've used them, they haven't started to gain time at all. I think the mechanism of this watch will last a very, very long time. And if we remember the price of this watch again, we realize that it's not bad at all.
Very low price. Despite the low cost, they are quite high-quality. I think they will last quite a long time with reasonable use.
The appearance leaves much to be desired. The strap wore out quickly, although it did not tear.
use Casio MQ-24-1B3 month or more i recommend it should buy
the watches are ridiculously cheap, but good.

I noticed this watch model in an online store while searching for a gift for my husband. I was just looking for a good watch for him when I saw this Casio. No, I didn't decide to noticeably save on the gift. I just decided to make a small gift for myself along with the gift for my husband. The price is just ridiculously low, and they look simply superb. In short, not buying them would have been a crime. Especially since a watch was really needed. So, among their advantages – an interesting appearance, quality assembly, and extremely lightweight. It's too early to say how long they will last. But, knowing Casio watches, I am almost completely sure they will last long enough. At the same time, their purchase cost doesn't affect anything at all.
Both the watch case and the glass are made of plastic. Therefore, it's not surprising that after some time, small scratches and scuffs start to appear on them.
