Casio G-Shock GM-5600-1

Shock-resistant and waterproof men's quartz wrist watch with an electronic dial and a high class of water resistance. Positioned as a mid-range product from the 2019 G-Shock The Origin line. It is a modern version of the classic Casio DW-5000C model, which at one time became the progenitor of the Casio G-Shock family. The most important visual difference between the Casio GM-5600-1 watch and its prototype was the use of a spectacular steel lining on a durable polymer case.

Like other models in the G-Shock family, this watch is designed to survive a fall from a height of 10 metres onto a hard surface without consequences. Water resistance class WR 200m guarantees protection against water ingress into the case during swimming, water sports and diving to a depth of 20 m. The large digital dial based on an inverted LCD screen is reliably protected by high-quality mineral glass with increased resistance to scratches.

In addition to standard clock functions and a calendar, 4 types of alarm clocks, a countdown timer and an advanced stopwatch with an accuracy of 1/100 s are supported. For low light conditions, there is a bright automatic electroluminescent backlight with adjustable afterglow duration. The watch is powered by a CR2016 lithium battery that provides up to two years of operation (the exact life depends on how often the backlight is used).
