German assembly, a couple of parts are screwed in. The binoculars themselves are made in Japan, where they are disassembled into several parts and sent to the Zeiss factory. The color shift of the binoculars is in the greenish-yellow area of the spectrum. Vignetting is present and visible. CA is very noticeable at the edge; it doesn't compare to the Victory FL. In terms of light transmission, it also falls short of the Victory FL. The focus wheel is sensitive, indeed. In the summer heat, it becomes even easier, while in winter at -20 it starts to harden.
The field of view is 6.6 degrees, with only about 70% of it being sharp. The Canon 10x42 L and Nikon EDG 10x42 surpassed it. It's far from a Swarovski.

Lens caps were invented by an idiot. Small field, sharp part of the field about 70%. Sold and replaced with another binocular. Below -20 the focusing wheel becomes dull.
