For more than 40 years, the German company Canton has been pleasing fans with high-quality audio systems with premium features. The Movie 365 is a classic member of the 2-way line.

Quality Priority

The Movie 365 features a rugged aluminium chassis that resists accidental drops and is forgiving even for rough handling. The use of metal in the construction gives it rigidity, and the smooth curves of the forms catch the eye.

Thanks to convenient brackets, the system can be placed on the wall. The kit comes with wires with gold-plated connectors, including RCA.

Extravaganza of sound

Front and rear closed-type speakers with two woofer/midrange drivers and one high-frequency tweeter, made in the form of vertical racks, realize deep spatial sound in the frequency range of 120 – 25000 Hz. The centre is occupied by an identical speaker, but of a horizontal type, which perfectly reproduces the sound and provides crystal clear speech intelligibility.

The overall frequency range of Movie 365 is 33-25000 Hz. A bandpass subwoofer with a powerful digital amplifier, 8" driver and Movie Sound System delivers rich, deep bass for a total listening experience. Crossover level and frequency cutoff controls are present, which is good news. Although, for such a cost, the manufacturer would do well to think about adjusting the phase, which for some reason is not here.

But, in general, Canton Movie 365 can safely be put in the rank of the best home audio systems today.
