Completely safe design without blades
The Brayer BR4954 rotorless fan, which belongs to a separate class of ventilation equipment, uses the technology of accelerating the air flow in an annular diffuser by the English inventor James Dyson. The model has a completely safe design, where instead of an impeller with blades there is an oval ring without moving parts. This design develops 6 to 8 times more power than a classic axial fan, replacing their characteristic choppy turbulent air flow with a uniform laminar one.
High turbine noise
The device is equipped with a 50 W electric motor and a touch electronic control panel with LED indicators placed on the front cover of the case. The user can choose between 3 airflow speeds (low, medium and high) and 3 fan modes (normal, sea breeze and night). In addition, the built-in timer allows you to set the fan off time from half an hour to 7.5 hours (in increments of 30 minutes). The body of the device is mounted on a rectangular stand and can be rotated in the horizontal plane within an angle of 60° in the rotary mode. The model is equipped with a remote control, which is powered by a flat "coin" type CR2025 (battery included). The estimated service life of the device is 3 years, and the manufacturer gives a 2-year warranty on it. Of the minuses, we note the high noise level of the turbine, which always accompanies the operation of bladeless fans, as well as the solid price tag of the device, due to the high costs of its production.
