In addition to preparing coffee and coffee-based drinks, the Brayer BR1102 coffee maker is able to quickly organize the supply of hot water, which can be used to brew tea or herbs. The special perforation on the bottom of these filters ensures that the correct pressure level is maintained during brewing and produces a finely dispersed aromatic crema, which is an adornment of a properly prepared espresso. The volume of the standard water tank is enough to prepare 18-26 single servings of espresso.
