When I was young, I myself worked in a catering kitchen for some time and I understand well what good kitchen appliances mean for a hostess. So my wife didn't have to ask me to buy a food processor, I brought it myself and it was a pleasant surprise. The combine is called a combine because it can do many processes. This model has an exceptionally wide functionality. This is a meat grinder, dough mixer, slicer-grater-shredder, blender and even a juicer in one device. Moreover, most of these machines are needed on the farm only occasionally, which for me was the decisive argument for a food processor. Yes, it costs a lot, but if you calculate the cost of these individual machines, then the figure will be at least twice as much. So I paid more than 4000 and I consider such a purchase profitable. The wife greeted the new thing with joy and is now willingly mastering it. I already made the dough (it turned out the second time, but it worked out), cut and chopped vegetables several times, used a meat grinder three times. In addition, I once tried to make orange juice, but the quality of oranges did not grow together, so the juice came out not very tasty. In general, the car is suitable, I recommend! The main drawback is the lack of power for the meat grinder. Not that it would be lacking at all and the attachment would stop, but for sinewy meat it would be nice to have an engine of at least 1000 watts. In addition, you can blame the grater and shredder for the different size and sometimes even the shape of the pieces. But for a salad it will do, the taste is still the same. |
A multifunctional machine that I use if not every day, then definitely every other day. A large variety of different attachments, slicers, and graters make it extremely useful for preparing various dishes. Firstly, it wonderfully slices vegetables. The set includes three disc knives for this, allowing for slicing into pieces (thick, or if you flip the disc knife, thin), shredding into strips (thick and thin), and simply grating like on a fine grater. You can cut not only vegetables this way but also other products, like hard cheese. You can also chop nuts or chocolate. Though, I haven't experimented with chocolate, as it seems a waste to smear a good product on the walls ))) Secondly, the processor does well in preparing dough for bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, and other pastries. The metal hook kneads stiff dough quite well, and the whisks at low speed mix liquid dough efficiently. Thirdly, you can attach a meat grinder to it, which quickly and effectively turns any meat into minced meat. And finally, fourthly, it's a full-fledged blender with a small one-liter bowl. I won’t mention the orange juicer, it’s just a nice bonus. Impeccable European, specifically Slovenian, assembly. 24 months of full official warranty. It makes quite a bit of noise during operation. In my opinion, the meat grinder would seem more reliable if the motor were more powerful. It manages, it seems, but not without effort. |
