The ordering process and delivery times left a good impression, but the equipment itself and technical support did not. I received my order in an unopened state (as noted in the handover act) and unpacked it when I had some free time. I contacted the hotline operator, who informed me that a return is possible within 15 minutes of receiving the order. I was not informed of these return conditions. There is no mention of this in the handover act. When I requested a return or exchange, I was told that I need to contact one of the authorized service centers listed by the operator, and only after diagnostics reveal a manufacturing defect, I can expect a return. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the once renowned brand's products and will think many times before purchasing any products on the bosch-home.ru website. good logo 1) I was not informed about the nuances of returning a product if it is of inadequate quality. It has been 3 hours since the product was handed over to the buyer. I am now being informed post-factum that I should have checked its functionality within 15 minutes, which, I repeat, I was not informed about either in writing or verbally. 2) I have to spend my personal time transporting an inconvenient and heavy box with a product of this brand to the service center, which is located at a great distance from my place of residence. Moreover, the nearest (very ironically) authorized service center is open until 19:00 and only on weekdays. 3) I was offered a paid specialist visit to my home. So, I paid for a product of proper quality, it turns out to be defective, and I still have to pay for a specialist to confirm this defect. Again, I have to spend my personal time on this. |
why did you choose this model? My husband and I went to Comfi, there were combine harvesters of more or less decent configuration from 4,000 to 8,000 UAH. Agree, it’s quite expensive for a young family. and there was a promotional combine for 1555 UAH - which we later bought before Easter. I can’t describe my delight. It cuts everything, kneads the dough for dumplings - no problem, I’m not talking about the whisk at all - it’s just a fairy tale! The only thing is that I recommend looking at the corresponding video on YouTube on how to complete the cutting, since at first I thought that they didn’t include something in the kit (specifically, bowls with a smaller displacement). For now I only made minced meat from chicken. Everything is good. I haven’t tried grinding other meats in a meat grinder. I haven't tested the blender yet. The mixer and grater work EXCELLENT! Easy to fold. Price quality. Everything is there and everything works. Nothing extra that you would have to pay extra for and then not use. Not found yet use Bosch MUM4 MUM4855 week i recommend it should buy |
