I bought it for confectionery purposes. I already have a food processor from the same manufacturer with a whisk attachment. However, I needed a mixer for whipping products in small volumes. It beats eggs with sugar for sponge cake much faster than a 800 W food processor! Whips quickly, efficiently, and very quietly! The price range is too wide across retail chains!
