Design features and disadvantages
A characteristic feature of this mixer model is a high spout with a straight crossbar that is not bent down. With a jet height of 241 mm, a depth of 251 mm and 360° swivel, the tap is perfect for washing large pots and covering a large area of the kitchen sink. The practice of using the mixer showed not the most successful design of the aerator, which does not always cope with the task. And when you try to replace the aerator with another one, you will encounter the problem of non-standard threads that require a special adapter for this. The supplied connection hoses, 350 mm long, may in some cases be too short for installation.
When you need more comfort
Based on this device, the German manufacturer produces an advanced version of the Blanco MILA-S tap with a built-in non-return valve and a retractable spout with a flexible hose, the purchase of which will cost about twice as much as the base model.
We ended up choosing the Blanco Mila. For this price, the faucet is just perfect.
