2-in-1 – no extra tap needed

The kitchen tap of the German manufacturer Blanco FONTAS II belongs to the category of solid products, the quality and durability of which are beyond doubt. This is a class 2-in-1 model that combines a conventional tap with a cold and hot water lever on the right, and an additional lever for drinking water on the left. Since the appliance has a separate flow of normal and filtered water, the spout has two outlets, one of which has a patented splitter that reduces the accumulation of lime deposits. The combined design of the device eliminates the need to look for additional space and make a hole for mounting a second tap for filtered water.

Mixer geometry: exact calculation

The model received a modern practical design, where all elements have a cylindrical geometry. It is easy to care for such a mixer, while maintaining its original appearance. The 360° swivel spout with 225 mm of horizontal protrusion extends the tap's functionality. The jet height of 267 mm is the golden mean, allowing you to avoid strong splashing of water and wash large pots under the tap. The model has 12 colours, of which 10 are painted with Silgranit granite enamel and 2 are galvanized: chrome and UltraResist stainless steel. The mixer is mounted on a ∅ 35 mm hole using a stabilizing plate that improves the stability of the tap. The device is supplied with complete flexible hoses 450 mm long for 1/2 inch thread. In the hoses for cold and hot water, a mechanical mesh filter is installed.
