Faucets: Answers to Frequently Asked QuestionsAnswering the Most Important Questions About Faucets

How to choose a mixerThe main criteria for choosing a quality mixer for different needs
Model overview based on user reviews
The Blanco Fontas 515581 tap is praised for its stylish design and practical features, such as the ability to connect a drinking water filter directly to the faucet, eliminating the need for additional taps. Users appreciate its luxurious appearance and versatile color options that can match various kitchen styles. The tap's G-shaped spout and swivel function make it convenient for washing large pots. However, several users reported issues after about two years of use, including leaks from the filtered water outlet and difficulty in adjusting water flow smoothly. The high price is also a common concern, with some users feeling it does not justify the performance. Despite these drawbacks, the tap's unique feature of delivering filtered water and its aesthetic appeal make it a noteworthy choice for those seeking a multifunctional kitchen faucet.

Excellent quality, I’ve been using it for more than 2 years, no problems have arisen, I’m absolutely satisfied with the quality, those who write that it’s bullshit and inconvenient have never used this faucet, the design and shape are thought out very well. Nice looking, why so many negative reviews??? a decent faucet, the shape is simply ideal especially for the kitchen, the right angle helps to wash large pots, everyone has probably encountered the problem when the pan does not fit due to the gooseneck faucet??? so right there the angle is right and it’s just a cool feeling that water is flowing out of nowhere, no discomfort, really convenient and practical, on top of all this the head also turns in the right direction, although over time it stops smoothly grooming since the place is always wet and gets there all sorts of rubbish, but that doesn’t stop you from filling it with chemicals and it’s like new again. There is a great choice of colors to match any sink; it won’t be difficult to match any granite. The price is unreasonably high, I don’t understand the exchange rate, it’s a cool manufacturer, but it’s just a mixer, it doesn’t wash the dishes itself so they can pay such money for it. The problem with rotary taps is that if you don’t use them for a long time, they dry out and move hard, then you need to soak them with chemicals for a long time and tediously. |
has disadvantages, but in the absence of an alternative we can recommend two outlets - very practical for purified water, good design after 2 years of operation, problems arose with the purified water cartridge - water drips when the tap is closed. The lever for purified water requires a lot of effort; it could be more sensitive. |
A very rare faucet in its unique feature of delivering filtered water, firstly due to its rarity, and secondly, the design is very appealing. as for me, a very practical faucet that rotates in all directions; you can direct the stream sideways, at an angle... basically however you want. I read that some people had issues with installation, specifically with the lower gasket that is placed between the sink and the faucet, which supposedly makes it unstable. I don't know how or what you were tightening that caused it to be unstable, but mine was installed and has held up for almost a year. It has a stylish design, which you rarely see in someone else's home, and I personally like it a lot... I connected a filter directly to the faucet, making it very convenient to drink filtered water straight from the tap. if the water is run through the filter, the power of the flow decreases, or there is something wrong with the water output nozzles. If connected directly, when the water is turned on, there is no smooth water supply, and everything is immediately splashed around. The price is not very cheap, let's say it's even quite expensive, but it justifies its style. |
