Not creatine alone

Sports supplement CreaTOR brand BioTech is not just creatine, but a multi-component complex with a rich composition. Thus, an amino acid set, which includes tyrosine, alanine, citrulline and arginine, acts as a transport system. Moreover, the last amino acid has been studied quite well, and the arguments about its performant transportation of creatine are credible.

BioTech CreaTOR 120 pcs also includes vitamin B6 and B3 (niacin), as well as an energy set, including guarana and green tea extract. These components can add energy during training (due to caffeine) and replace the pre-workout complex.

Different types of creatine

Creatine is the main ingredient in the supplement. It here consists of several forms in demand today.
