Moisturizing + cleaning
Introduced in 2021, the Beurer humidifier is the winner of several design awards, including the Red Dot. The device belongs to air washes, that is, it will not cause white plaque due to hard water, it will prevent waterlogging and provide additional air purification from dust and other contaminants.
So, Beurer Maremed MK 500, in addition to water filtration, provides a preliminary coarse filter (2 pcs in the delivery set). It is designed to hold pet hair, dirt particles and coarse pollen. Another level of cleaning / refreshing is a UV lamp and an ionization comb. The first performs water sterilization, killing most microbes, and the second is responsible for additional ionization.

The manufacturer positions its humidifier as a marine air conditioner. Here the possibility of saturating the air not only with moisture, but also with salt microparticles is claimed. For this, a special patented Maremed solution is included in the package. It is recommended to add it together with water in order to first enrich it with minerals, and then spray them, simulating a maritime climate.
