Outdated Product
A gas-fed boiler of a double-circuit type, capable of operating also for hot water supply (and in summer mode — only for it). Beretta CITY 24 CSI differs from the model with the CAI ending by a closed combustion chamber and minor differences in a number of parameters in terms of economy and performance. The total gas consumption is 2.73 m3/h at the maximum, the net power is 24 kW. In heating mode, the boiler is able to heat an area of up to 180 m2, and for hot water supply — to give out up to 13.7 liters of hot water per minute at a pressure of up to 6 bar and heating within 37 ... 60 °C. There are protections against loss of gas pressure, flame out, power failure and freezing of water in the circuit.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Beretta CITY 24 CSI 24 kW gas boiler is a compact, stylish, and affordable option with a closed combustion chamber and turbocharging, making it a popular choice for many users. It is praised for being almost silent and having well-regulated temperature control. However, several users have reported significant reliability issues, with frequent breakdowns and costly repairs, particularly concerning the heat exchangers, which can fail after a short period and are expensive to replace. Some users recommend purchasing additional equipment like a pressure-reducing valve and anti-scale filter to prolong the boiler's lifespan. While some find it a good value for money, others advise against it due to the recurring problems and suggest considering more reliable, albeit pricier, alternatives. Overall, the boiler has mixed reviews, with some satisfied with its performance and others frustrated by its frequent malfunctions.

stylish, compact, not expensive, take it you won’t regret it.....

In general, I’m happy with the boiler, the service center workers arrived within 24 hours, although I live 45 km from the city, they commissioned the boiler.... I can recommend this boiler to friends and acquaintances.
Cool design, not noisy, in combination with the programmer an irreplaceable thing. True, I bought it with a closed combustion chamber and turbocharging.... That is, CITY 24 CSI is turbocharged (flueless), and CITY 24 CAI is chimney-driven.

Junk that is beneficial for the service

If you have money, you should choose something more expensive. Of the three boilers (me and two other friends), not one has remained working for 3 years.
NO
It constantly breaks down, it’s impossible to count so much money spent on repairs. And the worst thing is, there is a poor indication of the breakdown, each technician called said a different reason, the boiler will start, but after a couple of weeks it stops again.
use Beretta CITY 24 CSI more than year i recommend it don't buy
DO NOT BUY!!!

Almost silent, temperature is well regulated.
After 1.5 years of operation, the heat exchangers break down. Cannot be repaired. A new heat exchanger costs half the cost of the boiler.
