A thoroughbred velohybrid from the upper strata of electric bike society arrived on east european shelves straight from Italy. It belongs to the genus of fat bikes — all-terrain mountain bikes.

Off-road qualities

Even with the tyre width reduced to 3", the model demonstrates confident behavior on any roadway. After all , the strength in overcoming obstacles is given to it by a powerful 500-watt electric motor installed at the back. The engine helps to climb a steep slope, inaccessible to mountain classics, to mix mud without fear of getting stuck in the middle of a puddle, or to quickly drive down a hill. The main mode of its operation is associated with the provision of assistance in pedaling, the degree of impact of which is set manually by the bike rider.

Full hardware

The sleekly curved aluminium frame carries an 11 Ah battery with Samsung internals. However, all the most interesting is concentrated on the handlebars with a width of 750 mm, where there is a front spring-oil fork lockout control mechanism, a cycle computer with an informative LCD display, speed switches, of which there are 27, and hydraulic disc brake control knobs — “full hardware”, as for self-confident model.

Without compromise

The power reserve of a bicycle hybrid without intermediate recharge reaches 70 km in assistant mode and about 30-35 km when pressing on the gas with one's own hand. It is worth noting that the latter feature is not implemented in all instances of the bike, since the configuration of some of them does not provide the presence of a gas control knob. A slightly frightening factor from the purchase of Benelli Fat Nerone is also the high cost. But you can safely close your eyes to this factor in the light of the uncompromising off-road qualities of the model.
